"Our Time Is Now, See What We Have To Say..."
(say our signs)

We are experimenting with some rustic look signs from first cut sawmill stock.

A weighted, powder coated coffee can is used as the base of this finger pointing sign for an antique store.

Made to make signs, it can also easily engrave a 3D printed model
into the sign with the router, just tracing over the model with the stylus.

This CNC router mill is made out of laser cut plywood, and is modeled after BobsCNC.com original machine.

This was one of the initial plans for the shop, but several other ideas are still on the table. While this includes room for the copy router, CNC router, K40 laser & sandblast cabinet, the powder coat spray booth and oven need to go against a different wall.
Instead of using 2 hinges from the hardware store
that sell for $4 each, we use allthread, nuts and washers.
update... for ease of manufacturing, we are going to switch
from jam-nuted allthread on each end to a jam nutted 3.5" hex bolt.
